Ownership Programme and Benefits
- 1/9th share ownership in the boat at £16,000.00 giving you 4 weeks use per year throughout the season (March – November) for an annual fee of £3724 inclusive.
- 5-year ownership program – NYA brings together a group of owners in a Shared Ownership structure over a set number of years, after which, the boat will be sold and the ownership structure dissolved. At the end of the period, owners have the option either to dissolve the ownership structure and receive the proceeds of the sale in accordance with their shareholding or continue with a new boat.
- Fully maintained, prepared and valeted for each owners use including servicing checks, internal and external cleaning, laundry remaking of beds, re-fuelling, water pump out. Our in-house management service ensures the boat is presented to the highest standards and removes the burden of arranging all the elements involved in maintaining a boat.
- On call support through the season with NYA Service Centre, giving you the peace of mind that in the unlikely event of you encountering a problem whilst cruising, help will be at hand, promptly and efficiently.
- Exclusive mooring at NYA Brundall with use of Marina toilet and shower facilities including laundry*, Wi-Fi, water and metered shore power.
- Full inventory on board including deck gear, galley utensils, glasses, crockery, cutlery cookware, Egyptian Cotton bed linen and towels.
- Weeks selected by a drawing system with the opportunity to swap with other owners once allocated
