Come and see us at the Horning Boat Show on Saturday 30th April.  The show is on between 10am and 5pm and we will be beside The Swan Inn.  Take a look around some of our boats and come and have a chat.
Both the Brundall and Horning offices will be open all over the Bank Holiday weekend.
Saturday 9am - 5pm
Sunday and Bank Holiday Monday 10am - 4pm.

The Berney Arms is closed until further notice!  This pub, popular with many Norfolk Broads boaters for decades and even generations has been an ideal place to stop and wait for the tide and Great Yarmouth bridges.
It is located on the edge of Breydon Water just off Great Yarmouth and is in one of the most remote locations in Norfolk.  See the video footage below for further information.

The NYA Team went out for well earned drinks and a curry to celebrate their sales success throughout 2015 and into 2016.  The past 11 months have seen our team sell over 300 boats from our Brundall and Horning Offices.  James says “It is a real accomplishment for our team as it is unusual in the UK boating industry to attain such a high level of sales. Thank you to everyone for their efforts and we look forward to our new financial year to build on our achievements”.

The NYA Cruising Club season has started!

The fleet of 11 boats including 4 first timers met at Berney Arms on Friday morning for a Skippers Briefing.  It was a beautiful sunny morning.  With the wind direction and tide in our favour, we checked on the current sea state and along with the support crews, agreed that the trip could go ahead, even if it wasn't to Southwold.  We slipped our moorings and made for a 1030 Haven Bridge lift.

Once out to sea, conditions were all we could have hoped for.  The fleet spread out and Denise, our official photographer, took pictures of us.  Just before 1200hrs we entered Lowestoft harbour and went into the Hamilton dock – with the sun still shining and the crews in good spirits, we opened the bar on Evita and enjoyed a few safe arrival beers.  We went to the RN&SYC for dinner and had a super evening.

The crews relaxed on Saturday as the weather blew up as forecast.  The younger members were treated to a trip to Pleasurewood Hills.  On Sunday morning the less experienced crews headed towards Mutford lock whilst Evita and the experienced crews headed back up the coast to Great Yarmouth.

We were very pleased to have got to sea and that the first timers enjoyed the experience and the social side that comes with it.  We look forward to the Wells cruise in April.
